A one size fits all method does not work for education. Every student tackles problem-solving from a different angle.
The RMH Way is different. To put it simply'it's a range of teaching methods and plans designed to create an optimal learning environment for each individual student.
Initial Assessment
I offer initial assessments to determine the best course of action for the students' development. If the student has any special interests or requirements, these are incorporated into the lesson plans.
3.Lesson Topics
Each lesson is focused around improving areas noted during the initial assessment. Focusing on a small set of problems each lesson ensures that the students' mind is always clear on the goal.
Feedback
For the parents of any younger students, I outline the developmental areas and what the lesson plans will focus on. We then work out the best schedule to start the English tuition.
4.Homework
A small piece of homework is given at the end of each lesson to ensure the student has taken on board the information learned and is able to properly apply this in speech and writing.
